We do not set the rental prices, the market sets the price. The rental market is just like any other consumer market and is based on supply and demand and is different from community to community. The purchase price or a mortgage payment has absolutely NOTHING to do with rental value!
We are fully prepared to make the decisions necessary to get your property rented in the most timely manner possible and at the highest value possible in the current market. After all, if we don’t rent it, we don’t earn any income. Our staff are all fully trained in maintenance issues that are particular to living in Florida’s hot, humid climate. We know what issues to look for and what causes problems if not corrected when they happen.
