Our Preferred Vendors are trades people that we can count on and are committed to providing quality workmanship, guarantee their service and respond quickly to the needs of Management Specialists, Inc. and the properties we manage.
All of our vendors must be licensed and insured and fill out and sign our contractor requirement contract.
Other requirements:
•Copy of current city/county occupational license and contractors license (if applicable)
•Certificate of liability insurance of $300,000 minimum
•Certificate of Workman’s Compensation or a signed affidavit of waiver
•Certificate of insurance/bonding (if applicable)
•W-9 form
•References of previous clients who can verify quality of workmanship
